Welcome to another year of bush regeneration in Betty Morrison reserve. 2019 finished with a busy November, and busier December which saw us host a group of Year 7 students from Wollumi College. We gave them a gentle introduction to weeding and planting at the south end, adjacent to site 5. Sadly some of the plantings were uprooted by dogs but we have over 50% survival of the tube-stock.
Please remember dogs are not allowed in the reserve.
In case I don’t get the web page updated in time , our first working bee will be at site 5 on Feb 23. Meet at the site as its a long walk from the surf clubhouse.
